In the first section of the A52 residential complex the monolithic works of the main frame of the building have been completed. In accordance with the schedule, work is underway to install internal engineering networks for water supply and sewerage, and power supply.
Works on bricklaying are concentrated inside the building. Works on the construction of the grounds of the parking area adjacent to the first section continue. Completed piles were successfully tested. Preparatory work has begun on the construction of grillage.
The fencing of the pit of the second stage of the residential complex continues. Boring piles have been completed, which are planned for soil testing. Preparations for the construction of the foundation pit have begun.
