On October 13, 2017, according to the results of the All-Ukrainian Construction Award IBuild, the residential complex A52 received the honorary title "Elite New Construction of the Year".
According to the results of the online voting and the assessment of independent experts in the field of construction, the residential complex A52 corresponds to world standards and norms of European housing. This is evidenced by the winning location in the center of the capital, a high level of energy efficiency (Class A), rational planning of apartments, provided for public recreation areas in the hall and on the terrace located on the roof of the A52.
During the award ceremony, another residential complex of the DIM group of companies, RC Autograph, became the winner of the award in the category "Residential complex of comfort class". Three houses are erected in the Dniprovskij district of the capital, near the park Peremoga. Commissioning of the first house – Q4 2017.
